Thank you ~ very kind of you ~ I bought four of these years ago to give as gifts to my little girls. I am wondering if I actually bought five (one for myself) forgot about it and left it in my drawer. When cleaning my drawer recently, I came across this one! We used to camp a lot so a lantern key chain was a great little gift for my key chain collecting daughters! I wonder if they will remember if each one of them had one at one time.

The other ones I purchased at the same time worked. That was many many years ago. I have not opened the package to make sure this one works. As stated above, I am sure the batteries are too old to work any longer. If you don't want to purchase batteries for it, you can use the key chain as is.

I am planning on a trip to town to the post office tomorrow afternoon if my daughter gets off work in time. (Our post office closes at 4pm.) If I don't make it before 4, then I will send it first thing on Friday morning.
