I picked this up at an auction of an old Pennsylvania Dutch Family's Estate. Catch the detail on the casing. About all I can tell you is: The brand is Tip Top, and the hour hand is loose in the case. The casing is brass. The mechanics are all in tack and untouched. The stem cranks, but the watch doesn't run. I see that the wheels turn freely, I suspect the spring is overwound. But someone who knows how to clean it up will have a fine deal.

When there is a shipping cost involved I prefer to do business through Paypal. This is a 6 day auction. By the 10th day, if I have not received your name and address, it will be necessary to put the item back up for auction.
