It clearly states that you apply the slimming gel with arm sleeves for 30 minutes everyday. Did you not see that part? Sorry if it was confusing the way I wrote it.... Oops!

Thank you for answering! Yes I did see that part. But sometimes on the auctions it will tell you what your getting but not actually include the products that go with the goodies. Have had that happen a few times...so I was just checking. Due to the fact I didn't see mention of the Velform slimming gel included. Didn't mean to make it confusing just making sure it was included. Thanks :)
