So it's really not free? What if the store doesn't have a "Certified Bra Fit Specialist?" Plus after being fitted I don't want to feel pressured to buy a bra I had no intention of purchasing anyway.

I'm sure that all JCPenny stores would have a bra sizer, but if your not sure, you could check with your local store before bidding. I'd say that this is definitely free because there is no purchase necessary to receive the free panties. And I feel like I am being 100% upfront about this coupon unlike other listings I've seen for this exact coupon and they fail to mention needing to be sized for a bra to receive the panty. This is my first auction and I'm still learning the in's and out's of listia :-)
