You are bidding on a beautiful, new with tags, silver decorated picture frame. It's a 5x7 area for the picture, but the frame itself measures about 6x8. This was given to me as a wedding present, but I'm not into silver. The box it is in is a gift box, so if you're buying it for someone else, it's all ready to be given! Do you happen to know if the frame can be hanged on the wall or if it just sits on the desk; is there any way you would do free shipping?

I wish I could afford free shipping dear, but I have so many auctions that it wouldn't be fair to provide free shipping to only certain things or people. I hope you understand. As for the other question, I don't know for sure because it's sealed. I looked everything on it to try and find out for you but I didn't find anything. Sorry!
