The listing, Manic Panic Virgin Snow Platinum Blonde Toner has ended.

This is brand new, bought it last month intending to use it after bleaching my hair, which didn't turn out light enough. It is unsealed because I did do a strand test (used just the teeniest bit from what was on the lid). So if it being unsealed bothers you, please don't bid.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Manic Panic, it's a semipermanent vegan vegetable based dye to be used on bleached hair. Virgin Snow is meant to gently remove yellow tones from platinum blonde, to turn it white. More info can be found on Manic Panic's website.

This will do nothing for dark hair. It's a toner for very light/platinum blonde hair to take the yellow out.

Sorry, no. I had an auction for a manic panic pink dye, but it sold with GIN within minutes of posting. It's all I had.
