Black and white zebra neck cooler. New handmade neck cooler. Keeps you cool when it is hot outside. Soak in cold water for apprx. 5 to 10 minutes and it is ready to use. Refrigerate or resoak to renew coolness. All fabric is prewashed but check for color fasting if wearing light colors. Water crystals inside are non toxic but may cause choking if swallowed. Do not use on children or pets without constant supervision.
