Before I bid, I have a question: does this slip specifically say this code is for Club Nintendo?

I only ask this because only Nintendo games have the Club Nintendo code and this was published by Sega. However, obviously it has Mario in it, which means they might have made an exception. But an Internet search yielded only one answer about this specific game, and it said neither Mario/Sonic Olympic games apply. BUT it's the Internet, and people can be wrong...

Uh. Yeah. So anyway, is there any indication this will net me coins if I register it? It's hard to tell because the game falls into such a grey area.
