Up for auction is my iPod Touch, 8GB second-gen. (Apple iTouch MC086LL)

Screen is absolutely perfect with no scuffs or scratches. It has always had a screen protector. The back aluminum case is scuffed up from normal use and personalized engraving has been removed but no dents or deep scratches. Everything works great, good WiFi and battery life.

The only issue is that the volume down button does NOT work. Not sure why. You can still control the volume with your headphones with inline controls, or with the onscreen volume slider. Or jailbreak and install a custom Activator action.

Also, the sound from the headphone jack is... weird. Not horrible but just... a little off. I think the jack needs to be cleaned. Sound from the dock and sound from the speaker is good.

If you don't care about those two issues or if you can fix them, this is a GREAT iPod for you.
