Size 12 regular. Preowned in excellent condition .
This is Old Navy's lowest rise denim. Sits at the hip.
Only worn a few times. Slimmer through hips and thighs.
Denim isn't very thick so very comfy. Will soon become one of your favorite pair if jeans.
Boot cut leg.
Enzyme washed for extra comfort!!! 100% cotton
Waist which sits at hip 38" appox.
Inseam 33" appox.

It is in the description. This is Old Navy's lowest rise jean . So they sit more at the hip so it is 38" appox.
As far as stretch no. Not this pair. Maybe a tiny bit.
