Upgraded to an iPhone 4 so i have no need for this anymore.

Comes with red snap on case, blue silicone case, charger and 4 gb memory card.

I do not have the box for it, so please do not ask.

Not sure if it will work for verizon, i used it with Simple Mobile, it will work with t-mobile and any carrier that uses a sim card. But you would have to google if it will work for verizon.
