Phone was purchased used and when I attempted to activate it at a MetroPCS store I was told that it was still associated with someone else’s account. They had changed phones and forgot to ask Metro to remove this phone from their account. To be sure this was correct I spoke with the local police and was advised the phone is NOT REPORTED AS STOLEN OR MISSING. Because I was not able to activate the phone and it has good parts that may be of use to someone this phone is being auctioned as ***PARTS ONLY*** what you do with the phone or for that matter what you feel you can do with the phone is entirely up to you. I do not imply that it is a phone that can be activated. This said bid with this in mind (Parts Only). No SIM Card or SD card or charging cables are included in this auction. Phone only will be shipped.

I have taken pictures to show the condition of the phone and to show the normal wear from the fact it had a case on it. Please review the pictures for condition... When shipped it will be with insurance and tracking to the lower 48 US States only per Listia guidelines.
