The second one has two guys that are possibly sumo wrestler. One of them is holding up a plate with a sandwich that has a lot of pastrami in it, about 5 inces high! It says, "It's your Birthday. Save room for cake!"
Finally the last one has 5 middle aged men playing basketball, wearing very tight clothes, and it says " On your birthday, let it all hang out!"
