Unfortunately, I dont know how sweet the corn is, , , I bought a 1/2 lb bag of corn to plant and didnt get to plant it this year... I did not have the time to get my side yard prepped for it. . . (I live in N. Florida... we have very sandy soil, so I did raised beds for my other veggies. . .)

As far as shipping with or without tracking. . .

If the item inside the envelope is Flatter than 1/4 inch it can be sent 1st class (stamp) and ships with no tracking. If the item is thicker than that, a surcharge is imposed, and the postage due is actually $1.93 (for up to 3 oz) which does include tracking.
