I think so. It just says iPhone 5 on the front cover. But every other case I seen says iPhone 5/5s :-)

Nice case but I think it's only for the 5 since I don't think it will pick up the fingerprint ID. Can you double check that? Nice auction F&W

It wont use the fingerprint option. If there were a hole for the finger print, the case would no longer be water proof.

Although it doesn't give to direct hole to the home button to use the fingerprint option on the iPhone 5s, any case that is for the 5 and the 5s CAN use the same case. It's the 5c that can't use the same case as the 5/5s iPhones. I have a 5s and I have both kinds of cases, for the 5 and 5s, and they all fit my 5s. The only thing is that if you use a 5 case on a 5s you just won't be able to use the fingerprint option, trays all.
