One very tiny stain that I missed when washing them. I was able to get the stains out!!! Look at added pictures.

They have the Ralph Lauren logo on the bottom of the shorts.

Made with 100% cotton.
Measurements are waist 38"you could make that smaller with the drawstring. You could stretch it maybe 1"appox.
Inseam 2" yes they are short but they are to sleep in not shop in :)
