I got this for my baby shower and never used it. From what I understand you hook it to your stroller or shopping cart and you can hook your purse or maybe a small diaper bag to it. I'm sure that there are many more uses anyone can come up with.

fanned and watching. i saw one of these at walmart and i thought it was so cool. this clip would really come in useful when i go to fairs and festivals or the mall.
