Why is days so long on this item before you see if you win or not?

Sorry, I almost always do seven day auctions. Mostly because I can only get to the pist office once a week.

GIN 7000 credits

I see that you are new to Listia so I'll offer some advice. First of all that is an insultingly low amount to offer for a GIN on this just about any quality item. Below is a chart of how much credits cost if you purchase them from Listia, but as you get to know this site you'll find that the real value of points is quite different.

Credits Price
3,000 Credits $5.00 limited time sale!
6,600 Credits $10.00 (10% extra)
14,400 Credits $20.00 (20% extra) Popular
32,000 Credits $40.00 (33% extra) Best Deal
Buy Credits

The offer you made would just barely cover the shipping. I would consider a GIN of 20-25,000 but once a bid has been made on an item you're not allowed to add a GIN.

I did take a list at your listings and will offer you some helpful advice. If you want to get what the item is worth in auction offer free shipping. You'll make your customers happy and you'd be surprised by how generous some bidders are. Also you have CD's listed for $4.00 shipping. Please check out the rules for Listia this is supposed to be a "free" site and while they do allow you to charge shipping I'm pretty sure that they ask that you limit the amount you charge to the actual cost of shipping (and handling). They actually state that the Maximum Shipping & Handling Costs* for CDs is $3. Just a heads up I'm not trying to be a jerk.

NICE what provdier waas it on ? , does it take a sim card ? CDMA or GSM?

It was an AT&T phone and takes a SIM card. So (and please correct me if I'm wrong here) but as I understand it it can be used with any carrier that uses SIM's. Thanks!

Thanks, for the comment and the clarification. And for you interest if you are looking for a CDMA phone I'll be listing a good -as-new Kyocera Rise after this auction. Assuming this one goes well. If you interested let me know and we can work out a GIN or something.
