This money doesn't have a date on it but it was in circulation in desert storm and all the way up to his death. shortly after his death they came out with new money which I also have up on auction now.

it has something on the strip It also has security strip in the middle. and under black light i belieave you can see other stuff so it makeit harder to duplicate
