FREE: 10k Yellow Gold Opal Earrings

I have for auction, a gorgeous pair of opal earrings, set in 10k yellow gold. They are hallmarked "10k" on each ear wire, with a small single symbol before the stamp. I purchased these from a jeweler on ebay and was told that the opals are genuine. The setting is open backed, so the light shines through them and catches every tiny little bit of fire these gems have. I photographed them against white and against black, in good light and poor, so you could see that the opals fire do not diminish in these conditions. The earrings measure 1" from the top of the ear wire to the very bottom of the dangle. The dangle itself, measures 5/8". I do not know the carat weight of the opals, nor the weight of the earrings (my jewelry scale just died 2 days ago, sorry). I purchased these as a gift for my daughter and was informed that she now only wears silver. Her loss..your gain.
