The French and Europeans were established in and around Peoria around 1690. Indian tribes weren't forced out of Peoria until 1812. The Indian tribes lived here for centuries before then.. I found the arrowheads in a creek some years ago.

so there around 1,000-2,000 years old

I'd guess 300-400 years.. I can't say for sure.. I'm just a regular person that found some arrowheads
