O wow. I don't think- noracarrell - was being mean at all. But I DO think your comment back to her was rude.
I have been a seller and a buyer of LISTIA for a long time, And believe it or not, over half the people on here DON'T READ the description or the shipping. They look at the photos and bid. Than once they win and realize that there was a shipping cost, than they want their credits back. So, many disputes become started over people NOT reading auction details. So by her clearly only stating to the other commentor that there was a shipping charge, was not out of lines what so ever. She even stated she was sorry if it sounded mean, she was only trying to help. If someone wins and doesn't realize there's shipping, then you have a bunch of drama to deal with.
You didn't need to be rude to her. A simple, "thank you" would have been nice. You probably just lost a potential bidder. And more than likely, you lost many more bidders by people coming to the auction and seeing the rudeness you had for no reason.
I was in fact going to bid, and share this auction with my fellow LPS fans, as I know many since I've sold and collected lps pets for many years. But since reading these comments, and seeing how quickly you got rude at a bidder for no reason, I think I will pass on this one. I don't want to win a auction from a unfriendly, mean seller. It always ends badly.
Good luck with your auction though. And i hope u realize I am not being mean at all either. Just wanted to inform you, since u are new... selling has alot to do with customer service. Buyers want to deal with kind people. Friendly, happy polite people. Ya no. You aren't going to go far with that attitude.
