This is a cute little stylish Chinese Laundry white purse with soft leathery like material (pvc). Never used, and still has tags. Someone gave it to me some time ago, but it is a bit too small for me to use. The handle is a chain! Very unique. Free Shipping in USA! Happy bidding! :)

ty. The chain is approximately 17 inches long. I am able to hang it from my shoulder, but it IS a little purse and the chain is short. It is just the style of it. I think it may be more used as a hand hold. But AGAIN it CAN be hung from the shoulder as well. Hope this helps! :)
