Your notes are from Iceland, and were issued by the Central Bank in Reykjavik in 1961. They remained in circulation until they were replaced with a newer design in 1994.

These notes in the denomination of 100 crowns (kronur) had a value of about 86 cents (US) each when they were in circulation.
