This is a used book. I bought it for the Children's Literature Class that I took in college. So, please note that there is highlighting and writing on some of the pages. In the pictures I posted a page with maximum writing and highlighting and a page with minimum. It is mostly at the beginning third of the book. The book is still in excellent condition.

I bet you didn't know that most fairy tales were originally written for adults only and many were very violent and had a lot of sexual innuendos in them that were definitely inappropriate for children. I was really surprised at how many versions of Little Red Riding Hood there are!
