The listing, 2 BNWOT capri leggingsS/M womens has ended.

. These are polyester/spandex. Very stretchy. They are capri length with a 2" band of lace around bottom of leg of dk. brown leggings. There is a 3" band of lace around bottom of white leggings. Any questions, feel free to ask.The white ones are Wet Seal & the brown ones are Basic Edition.

As u can see the label says M/L but I would say S/M. They stretch a lot so I would say they would go 28-30". These r the leggings that r very popular now, at least in the west & everyone wears a tunic or longer shirt over them. I hope I have answered ur question. U can see a little if they r stretched too much. Everyone wears them with tunics or longer tops that just cover past ur rear end.
