It looks to me like it says creed. It is very small lettering and the pendent is about 1" tall by 1/4 " wide

Under the feet of Jesus it says creed with sterling stamped under it and on the end of the chain where the clasp is hooked to its has a oval shape with 925 inside of it as well as made in italy

Ok it won't allow me to edit this auction now because it is too close to closing but this necklace is definitely sterling silver, made in Italy. It is a lobster claw clasp and on both ends of the chain there is stamping. One is the oval with 925 in it and the other made in Italy. I did manage to get close up enough pics of it just now but I cannot edit this listing now. I guess 22 hrs is too close to closing up.

I really only deal with stamps, and other collectibles but I thought someone might like something like this. Sorry I really didn't think to put up pics of that stuff too and not just the necklace and chain but if I happen to list anything like this again I'll have that in mind. Thanks
