Ok, finally got it, lol. Waist - 30in/31in, give or take mm or so. Length from inseam - 32in, and again could be a give or take by a mm. I don't have ink in my printer so I can print anything, so I taped the tape measure I have and that's as close as I could get it. Hope this helps. :)

You know, you can google measuring tape printable, or something clots & print one out! I have printed ring size charts!
