This phone has only been used a few times since my mom bought it off QVC for $120.....she let the service days run out but a new minute/service card can be added to it to re-activate it....it comes with the phone, wall charger, purple skin, unused car charger, unused ear buds....everything you see if the pics (although number of minutes on screen have expired so they do not apply). I made sure the battery was charged so you could see it works. If I understand right you'd want to call the 1800 tracfone number when you want to add air time to make sure the phone number can be changed to your local area....I'm not sure if the triple minutes still applies since the service days were let to run out....like I said the phone was only used a few times as she had another cell that she used at the same time. I will be shipping this item for FREE with tracking to verified addresses so please do not ask me to lower the starting bid.
