GIN is a feature that a Seller can use and it means Get It Now. While preparing to list an auction the Seller has the option of starting with a low bid and also setting a get it now price. If the bidding starts and goes up to half of the get it now price, the get it now price is disabled and the bidders keep bidding. If a buyer chooses to use the get it now before too much bidding then the auction ends immediately.
