Yes they do! That is the great part of it! Lets say stamps price might be 45 cents and you have a book of these forever stamps...just stick one on and your letter can be sent! Now if you don't have any forever stamps and the Post office raise the price ~then you could still by more Forevers for the new price..Why wait for an increase in price? Stock up on the auction stamps coolgirl. (*.*)

Hi I'm here watching,,,, remember to let people know to be careful of imatators.. that make rules to their listing that beafits only themself's... they should check to see if my comment is blocked because if it is....It's someone that is not following our policy about fair and honest treatment to buyers and other sellers...
