What is the length when clasped, please? Can it slip over head? Thanks!

there are two chains; the chain with the heart is approx" 12.5"; the other chain measures approx 18" long; this is when it's clasped, so unless you have a teeny head, then no...wouldn't work...lol!!! it's soo pretty in person though!
