He IS Uncle Sam and he is a porcelain little statue found in ENGLAND in boxes of Red Rose Tea....seriously! It's an incentive to buy the tea because theres so much competition. They have been doing this since the 1950's and continue today.....in England :)

I didnt know Red Rose put the figures in the box's here! Cool! I have about 90 of the figures from all era's, picked em up lil by lil working in various flea markets when I had a jewelry store... they ARE all made in England however of that im sure. Thanks again for the auction Tweet!
