One more question, I can tell there is a gold plaque or piece on the bottom part of the frame and it looks like it has writing on it......what does it say? Is that where is says Happy Days by Detlefsen?

It looks to me like it says "Happy Days" and below that is probably the artist' name.

No scratches on the wood none on the picture it has glass front and has been sealed with that paper they sealed the backs with at that time
