when laid flat:
waist is 18 inches
legs (at thigh) are 11 inches
length is 32 inches from crotch
they do not have sny stretch to them.
they would probably be a bit baggy on a 3, but then again, they are normally worn a bit baggy for the goth look!

i'm not sure what straps you mean!?
the only straps these have are on both sides of the waist,, so the waist size can be adjusted some.

Tripp pants usually come with straps that can be taken off of the pants that clip onto the D rings.

i rechecked, and no straps,, just 2 chains that go from the sides to the back and hang down. they do have d-rings, but no straps on them.
