There is a 4 dollar shipping charge and that covers not just the shipping but the packaging, Stamps, tracking and the bubble wrap.

What you see in the pictures is what you're getting. new, never worn, no tag. Size 24 months. Been hanging in my daughters closet. And now she's too big for it :(
