this is a new bottle yes I have used this but Im currently using espree de-shed treatment shampoo and condition and treatment when I bought this I didnt realize the shampoo I have already had conditioner in it.. this is what they use a PETCO..I called and asked what they use when they charge me $80 and this is their products.. awesome!!!
