Hi Karen, I have had for awhile. I had/have a medical condition so I retired early. No need for them any more and I am trying to find a way to rid myself of items I don't use anymore. Then I found this site and doing just that and meeting wonderful people to boot. I don't think elastic wears out unless they are used or exposed to air and dry out. I'm not sure on that but that is my thinking.. LOL!!
