The listing, 1992 Draft pick card: Derek Jeter has ended.

OK I am not going to try and say what this card is worth because I have heard 4 conflicting opinions on the matter. Ive heard from card collectors/shop owners from NY, Boston, Dallas and OKC, and values ranging from 10 dollars to 200. So I guess its worth whatever your guy in your city values it at. Don't bid and then complain and ask for credits back because it wasn't worth a fortune. If I had to legitimately guess, Id say its probably worth closer to the 10 dollar range. Isn't 4040 kinda cheap for a Jeter Rookie? I've been seeing these things go for over 10,000 before an hour is left. Is there something here that I need to know about the seller or the card itself?

I will answer that honestly. Its up for debate whether this card is " original print" or what not. I have tried to find out but gotten half a$$ed answers at best. I am about 80% sure that it is the real deal, but cant say definitively and i think that has scared off some people? Its a good card to own, even if you dont plan to sell it in the future, I mean crap, its a Jeter draft card! Take it to the Yankees game before he retires and get his autograph if you can.

Im sure this will come up at some point. Whether the card is an original print or not. I got it Christmas 1992 in a pack of unopened cards. Actually I got 7 packs of cards, and I wound up with 2 of these Jeter draft picks. So Im pretty sure it is original.Not 100 % certain mind you. But about 80% sure. Happy bidding.
