XL Regular, rayon blend (soft), sweater dress. Wear to work, etc., knee-length. 38" from top of back neck to bottom edge; 20 1/2" across bust front, and approximately 22" sleeves (according to shounder width - batwing, Dolman-type sleeves). 2" wide decorative ribbed design down front. Classy! New with tags.

What does it measure across the hips?

It appears to be about 22" across the front from hip to hip, but it is stretchy material.
