My apologies, I am not sure how to tell? I've added an extra photo that shows a closer view of the cameo settings. From looking at them, they seem to not be quite perfect - maybe they are handcarved? I can only guess, seems like they would be more perfectly shaped if they were manufactured or man-made material? My apologies, I really do not know for sure. Thank you!
