Great and easy way to wear your baby, comes with instruction booklet, and tag has instructions as well. Nice black and white pattern is unisex. Sizing is measured from shoulder to hip and size 6 will fit women: 5'5-6'3, 211-230lbs who wears a size XL traditionally. HOWEVER, I found this to be very tight, even though I fit those measurements perfectly. It was hard to get a newborn into the sling, but once she was in properly she was secure. I like this style of sling, it's super easy to get on and off and get baby in and out when they fuss, unlike the tie kind which can take precious minutes to take off when baby is freaking out. I only used this once though because my daughter hated all kinds of baby carriers.
