It was working. And then it stopped. The picture was taken when it was working.

It stopped working when I tried to reset to factory settings. So I opened it, and can't get the back to go on properly. Occasionally when plugged in it will bring me to the "hello" etc. That is why I am selling for parts. Or someone that knows more can probably fix it.
