I wish I could have caught the shimmer in the scales of this bracelet, it's so beautiful and shimmery. the scales go from cerulean to bright green. Has price tag, original box, and is in perfect, brand new condition. I have never worn this and it has stayed in it's box, on a shelf in my closet. I cannot wear jewelry in my line of work so after 2 years of sitting I have decided to give this beauty a new home.

This bracelet is very hard to find and is sold out everywhere that I have looked. The description says sea horses, but looks more like a kimono dragon to me. I'm no jewelry or animal expert though.
