well i hope you win it! it will be a cutting but they grow roots very fast. Just remember not to water it too often as it is a cactus and likes the dryer side of soil. we have a handling charge on there for boxing it up. our handling charge on this one is about .45 cents.....the post office gets the rest. it will come priority mail to you and it will weight anywhere from 1 to 2 lbs.
