This is a used phone I had been using at a second phone/ back up but I have a new one know and am passing this one on. It comes with battery and charger and everything work very good, holds nice charge, this phone is unlocked and can be used with any gsm/ sim carrier, also because its unlocked you will not WILL NOT have to have data. Thats correct, its unlocked to be used on any network, doesnt require data (cuz its unlocked) and would make a great messaging/txt phone, and thats what i used it for, good luck!!
