This auction is for a Beautiful pair of REAL diamond stud earrings on Sterling Silver. Diamonds are 15 points as far as carat. There is 925 stamp on posts, but too small for my camera to capture. I took these to a jeweler today (8/8/14) and took a couple photos of the machine that tests diamonds, and the green light above 'diamond' shows that they ARE real. The second photo is of the jeweler checking for an estimate of weight, which is where I got the 15 points. I do not have the original backs to these, but I can use some ss ones I have if needed.

A sixth of a diamond is still a DIAMOND!!! Don't matter how big it is. F&W I like them a lot. I'd love a pair of diamond studs instead of my cheap knock offs lol.

I honestly have no idea. Like I said in description, I know nothing more than that they are real. I would assume and can at least say greater than 2.5 grams, would even want to say maybe 4 or more, based on a ring I just sold on here a little earlier today, and the rings combined weight of diamonds was 1.9 grams and they were tiny.

I remember the box when I got them from my ex. I don't remember specifics, but I remember the price tag and being surprised they said diamond earrings, because i had never owned anything more than CZ. I also remember seeing it say a kt but I don't remember how many specifically because it was a few years ago. Also, if you look at the color in the up close photo and compare to other lab created or CZ stones. Lab created and CZ hardly have any flaws or natural colors. when I took the ring I had to a jeweler, I also had some loose stones my grandmother gave me, I thought maybe they could be real, but they told me that most of the time you can tell just by looking at them. CZ and lab stones look too perfect as far as cut and clearness. A genuine diamond will be almost impossible to make perfect and the color is often a dead give away.

If your jeweler said the weight is 15 points each, that would equate to 30 points total, roughly 1/3 carat. There are 100 points per carat thus, you divide point weight by 100. 25 points = 1/4. 50 points = 1/2. 75 points =3/4. 100 points = 1 full carat.

No. The up close just shows the genuine tones, so when they are magnified or looked at in a certain light, it reflects the colors that are in it though. So if you're wearing them or just looking at them, they are white/clear diamonds.
