How do you make it work, I've had the lady bug in the Windows Dow, and it isn't doing anything, BECKY.

Hi Becky, is there plenty of light by the window? If not, you could always put batteries inside if you like. It needs a lot of energy from the light to get things moving. Hope this helps. :)

Hi Becky, my mistake. I just checked my Ladybug solar powered that I have myself and saw that you can't put any battery in at all. I don't know why yours is not working. Is the solar strip free from dust? One way to find out if it works is to get a flash light and aim it on the solar and see what happens. If nothing happens, then it's defective. If it moves ever so slowly, it needs to be cleaned out. Dusts do settle inside which makes it hard to move. I've had this happened to me a few times and after I cleaned them, it was working fine. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. :) ~Rick

Becky, the bidding war always start towards the end of any auctions. That's why I offer the GIN option so people can just buy it outright without having to have a bidding war. If you wish to file a complaint, you'll need to scroll to the bottom of this page and click on Member Support. From there, you scroll to the bottom again and click Submit a support ticket. From there, tell them what you feel is wrong. Hope this answers your questions and am sorry to hear that people are outbidding you. I know the feeling. ~Rick
