Not only is Belly Dancing a very sensual & exotic Dance form, but it also is really great Exercise to help tone up those lax abdominal muscles!!! & a whole lot more fun than doing sit ups or going to the Gym with a large room full of sweating bodies of every shape & form!!!!

This outfit basically consists of 2 pieces of bright Orange Chiffon cloth.
One is meant to be tied around the bottom part of your body & the other section of cloth is meant to be your Veil or Head wrap.

Both sections are adorned with light weight, Gold metal discs that mimic coins & sound nice & twinkly when you sway your hips & jiggle around!!! There are also gold colored beads sewn around the cloth randomly? to provide bling & visual interest~~

You would also need a very sparkly Dancing Bra, to add to this out fit. Many Women will buy a Sexy one & adorn it with beads, shells, coins, feathers or other findings that provide a mysterious & exotic look.

The "skirt" portion of cloth measures 106" Long x 34" Wide.
The Head-wrap or Scarf portion, measures 64" Long x 10" Wide.

I acquired this set about 5 years ago & I purchased it used, it is still in very good shape, but obviously not new.
I never could get that hip wiggle thing going on sooooo~~

You can get DVD's that teach you how to Belly Dance in the privacy of your own Home, or some Fitness Centers also offer Classes. Even our Civic Center has classes for Seniors!
