You have to have a certain badge to set up GIN. Its the "get it now" price someone would pay if they want the
item you are selling and they don't want to wait for the auction to end.

You can set it up while originally listing your auction or after its already listed, but only if there haven't been any bids placed. Hope this makes sense and helps. :)
